Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME:

All orders will usually ship within two business days.

 

SHIPPING TIME:

Shipping is always free  for orders over $50 within the United States.

Once your order has been processed it will be shipped to you via USPS according to the service you purchased at check out. Tracking information will be sent to you via email. 

We offer the following shipping options:

First Class- delivered with in the US in 3-5 business days. (This option does not include insurance for your order)

Priority- delivered with in the US in 2-3 business days. (Includes up to $100 of insurance for your order) 

Priority Mail Express - guaranteed 1-2 day delivery. ($100 insurance for your package)  

*Note : Shipping times are estimates provided by the USPS. Jessica Dadlani Beauty is not liable for delayed USPS service.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We do ship to the UK, Australia and Canada currently. Rates are based on weight per the USPS. It usually takes 1-3 weeks to arrive once your order has been processed and shipped.

All fees incurred due to taxes and customs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:

Once your package leaves our office, it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service.

If your package is lost or stolen in transit, please contact your local post office location with your tracking information. They will be able to assist you in recovering  or filing a claim for the lost package.

While we have no control over your package once it has been shipped, please email us at info@jessicadadlanibeauty.com if you have a shipping issue.

When your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking info.
